Signifyd experienced an issue that inadvertently removed required access to our API servers. The permission issue has since been resolved. Any newly submitted orders are being processed in real time. If any orders do not show up in the Signifyd systems, they were not saved during this window of time so they will need to be resent to Signifyd via the API. We will follow up with more information.
