Signifyd is conducting a scheduled maintenance on our Webhook Services Monday (10/7) at 8:00am PT. The scheduled maintenance will last for approximately 1 hour. During this time, you may experience brief delays in webhooks being sent to your servers. Once the maintenance is over, any delayed webhooks or failed webhooks will be automatically sent by Signifyd.
During this maintenance all other services will not be impacted:
Shopify / BigCommerce auto fulfillment
Console Access: Users can successfully log into the Signifyd Console and view “processed” orders
Case Creation: Submitted cases are being received and queued for processing
Case Retrieval via GET call: Case status information is available via API on all “processed” orders
